careers in art were you dont need to go to college?

okay i know you can start a career and don’t need a college degree and earn a decent amount of money…. but i was wondering where i can go to start a career in art(photography and drawing /illustration,abstract art,photo shop etc.)
any place in Colorado (preferably the arvada,westminster,denver area)
i just recently graduated high school and looking to start a career in art.
i cant afford college or community collge… and i’m also not interested in going to school just starting my career…… so any help let me know because currently i am working at a part time job as a cashier and want to start my career
